New role for the Invictus Games Foundation: Major Gifts Director
The Invictus Games Foundation is welcoming applications for a new role of ‘Major Gifts Director’ which has been created as the Foundation prepares for an exciting period of growth and activity with new nations, the launch of our upcoming Netflix series, Heart of Invictus; the Invictus Games Dusseldorf 2023; and our 10 year anniversary in 2024.
The role is looking for a dynamic individual to develop and deliver a multi-year major donor strategy that will help the Foundation to maximise its long-term impact globally. Following the success of the Invictus Games in London 2014, the Invictus Games Foundation was established as the governing body to oversee the planning and delivery of the Invictus Games. The sixth iteration is set to take place in Dusseldorf, Germany in September 2023, followed by Vancouver and Whistler in Canada in February 2025.
The Invictus Games Foundation offers much more than just the Games. We are the only movement to use sport and physical activity as a recovery pathway for a global community of wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women. We inspire, improve and influence their recovery and rehabilitation through sport, esports and adventurous challenge.
