#Invictus20to21
The Invictus Games Foundation are supporting a new video challenge led by competitors, and other members of the #InvictusFamily that will hopefully reverberate across the 20 participating nations, the competitors, the teams, the friends and families, and their supporters!
#Invictus20to21.
This is primarily a bit of online fun to highlight the #InvictusSpirit and the resilience of the Invictus Community but at the same time provide some light-hearted relief, banter, and a sense of togetherness across our Invictus Family in these times.
The activity also highlights the fact that The Hague Invictus Games have now had to move from 2020 to 2021. Just a few weeks after the competitors received the news that the Games are being pushed back a year, they are getting together online and launching challenge #Invictus20to21!
Promoting happy, healthy and fit bodies and minds, the idea is to do 20 reps of one exercise of your choice, and then add one for The Hague! Then nominate two people from within the international Invictus Community to join you. Your nominations should then share a video of their own attempt at 21 reps of an exercise before they then nominate two others.
Let’s get this across over as many of the 20 nations and beyond! It could involve competitors from previous Games or friends or family members, or someone who has been supportive during recovery or training, or it could be one of our amazing sponsors!
