Invictus Games Foundation appoints Influence Sports & Media.

London, Wednesday 22nd May 2019 – Influence Sports & Media is delighted to have been appointed as the commercial agency of the Invictus Games Foundation, the charity behind the Invictus Games. Launched in 2014 by His Royal Highness The Duke of Sussex, and now an established international biennial multi-sport event, the Invictus Games channels the power of sport to help wounded, injured and sick service personnel on their journey to recovery. As this international facing charity looks to grow its impact over the next decade, Influence Sports & Media will work closely with the Invictus Games Foundation and the Board of Trustees to develop its commercial structure, secure funding and manage partners.

CEO and Founder of Influence Sports & Media, Alistair Watkins, said: “Influence Sports & Media is very proud to be working with the Invictus Games Foundation. The Games continue to celebrate the men and women who have served their country and highlight how sport can promote recovery and inspire unity. Since 2014, the Invictus Games has developed into a globally recognised event and we look forward to playing a part in its next phase.”

Integral to the Influence Sports & Media team will be Nathalie Quéré, based in Amsterdam, who has 20 years of marketing experience working for global brands and corporations.

The next Invictus Games will be hosted by The Hague, The Netherlands, in May 2020.
